2025 State of Series Presented By UMB Bank
Join us to hear about the state of public safety in Kansas City from the leadership of our first responders. Chief Stacey Graves of the Kansas City Police Department and Chief Ross Grundyson of Kansas City Fire Department will share their views during a discussion on July 31.
The Chiefs will discuss recruitment and staffing, facilities needs, technology upgrades, and alignment for the 2026 World Cup. You’ll learn what keeps them excited and motivated to put on their uniform each day, and the continued challenges that keep them awake at night.
We will also hear from a panel of experts on World Cup Readiness. We will be joined by both chiefs, Major Abigail Martinez from KCPD and Erin Lynch from MARC.
