Following the training\, participants will have the opportunity to explore potential board service opportunities through Onboard KC and may opt into a personalized concierge board matching service to help identify organizations that align with their interests\, skills\, and goals. Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of effective board service\, greater confidence in what they can contribute\, and practical tools to help them find the right opportunity and take their next step toward service. At The Table is a Support KC program focused on strengthening nonprofit governance by preparing individuals and organizations for meaningful\, effective\, and inclusive board service.
