DESCRIPTION:This event is open to Centurions Actives & Alumni only.The Apex Welcoming & Belonging Committee is honored to announce that Enrique Perret\, Managing Director of the US-Mexico Foundation\, will be visiting Kansas City on May 13 to meet with regional business leaders ahead of the upcoming United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) review. Through the generous coordination of the Consul of Mexico\, Soileh Padilla Mayer\, we invite Centurions active members and alumni to an exclusive session with Mr. Perret. This discussion will explore the trilateral relationship in North America\, trade exchanges and regional integration\, as well as the business sector's perspective on the next phase of USMCA. About the speaker: Enrique Perret Managing Director U.S. - Mexico Foundation (USMF). Managing Director of the U.S. - Mexico Foundation and is the President and Founder of the North Capital Forum\, an initiative that seeks to promote North America as an economic\, social\, and political powerhouse. Before assuming these roles\, Enrique held the position of Director for North America at ProM xico\, the Mexican government's promotion agency\, where he worked for over ten years in various capacities. Enrique has been an active advocate for civil society efforts and has held leadership roles in several institutions\, including serving on the board of directors of Teach for Mexico (Mexican chapter of Teach for All) and the board of trustees of Reinserta. He is also a member of the boards of Fundemex\, Nepanoa\, Pacto and COMEXUS\, and is the President and Founder of Grupo Mexico en Movimiento. He has been a Fellow at the Milken Institute for two years\, contributing to initiatives focused on economic development and regional competitiveness. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Trade from the Instituto Tecnol gico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey\, as well as a Master's degree in Economics and Government from the Universidad An huac.
