Join the Centurions Welcoming & Belonging Committee for a conversation with keynote speaker Nicole Jacobs-Silvey focused on the art of navigating difference with curiosity, respect, and courage. Together, we’ll explore how to ask better questions, listen to understand, challenge our assumptions, and create space for productive dialogue—even when viewpoints don’t align.

At the heart of Welcoming & Belonging is the belief that stronger relationships and stronger communities are built when more voices are invited to the table. Because meaningful community solutions rarely happen in silos; they happen when we are willing to listen, learn from one another, and lead across difference.
