About the Keynote Speaker: Jane Walton, Owner of Jane Walton Consulting Jane Walton brings a unique perspective to organizational transformation - one that honors both the business realities and the human experience. She has focused her career working inside organizations — observing, consulting, and researching the human dynamics that determine whether teams fully contribute or stall. What she found, consistently, across industries and firm sizes, is this: most organizations are only activating a fraction of their potential. That insight became The Whole Room. Jane brings both sides of the room together — leaders and teams — creating the shared understanding that unlocks what's already there. Her approach is practical, immediate, and felt from the moment everyone is in the room together.
