Leadership Committee Presents an Exciting New Workshop by Jane Walton, Owner of Jane Walton Consulting: "THE WHOLE ROOM: GET EVERYONE IN. GET EVERYTHING OUT." 

Leaders get the development, the coaching, the frameworks. Teams get the memo. And everyone wonders why the gap between strategy and execution never seems to close. The problem isn't talent. It's activation. 

In this session, Jane Walton introduces The Whole Room — a philosophy forty years in the making that challenges how we think about performance, potential, and what organizations are actually capable of. 

You'll leave with a new way of seeing the people already in your room — and a clear sense of what becomes possible when everyone in it is finally activated. When the whole room is activated, everything starts getting easier. 

About the Keynote Speaker: Jane Walton, Owner of Jane Walton Consulting Jane Walton brings a unique perspective to organizational transformation - one that honors both the business realities and the human experience. She has focused her career working inside organizations — observing, consulting, and researching the human dynamics that determine whether teams fully contribute or stall. What she found, consistently, across industries and firm sizes, is this: most organizations are only activating a fraction of their potential. That insight became The Whole Room. Jane brings both sides of the room together — leaders and teams — creating the shared understanding that unlocks what's already there. Her approach is practical, immediate, and felt from the moment everyone is in the room together. Jane splits her time between Kansas City and her mountain home in Utah, where she is completing her third book — The Whole Room: Get Everyone In. Get Everything Out.
