This event is open to Active & Alumni Centurions only. 

Join the Welcoming and Belonging Committee for an engaging, interactive learning experience led by Cinthya Allen, Chief Engagement Officer of Arvest, exploring how cultural identity shapes decision-making and leadership. We will examine ways organizations can turn belonging into a force for good to influence leadership in professional and civic spaces. Come with an open mind, ready to listen, share real-world examples, engage in reflective dialogue and offer practical insights to deepen your understanding of inclusion as a leadership competency. Participants will develop actionable leadership habits that interrupt unconscious bias, generate belonging across differences and build high-trust, psychologically safe teams.
